The Controller is the Robert Capa Contemporary Photography Center Nonprofit Ltd. (1065 Budapest, Nagymező utca 8.)

Subjects are all those who apply to the photo competition titled “Water connects,” providing their personal details, and thus taking part in the competition.

The personal data supplied by the subjects: last name, first name, notification address, e-mail address.

The purpose of the data processing: identifying the entrants of the photo competition titled “Water connects”; carrying out the tasks related to the evaluation and the work of the jury; identification of the authors in the course of using the images submitted to the competition; ensuring the safekeeping of the copyright.

Data Processor: EOX Fejlesztő és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (1135 Budapest, Tahi utca 53.). Controller transfers the personal data provided by the Subject to the Data Processor. The Data Processor is responsible for the technical side and technical management of the competition.

By signing the Declaration of Consent, the Subject expressly agrees to hand over his or her personal data to the Data Controller for the purpose of handling them in accordance with these data processing rules, and to transfer them to the Data Processor.

The Data Controller declares that it shall process the personal data related to the subject in accordance with this rules of data processing and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information

The target of the data transfer is obliged to process the transferred data in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information; the target of the data transfer bears all responsibility for the processing of the data in such manner.

In accordance with the purpose of the data processing, the Subject shall provide the data voluntarily. The claim to the data processing and data transfer is based on the consent of the Subject.

The Data Controller shall ensure that the data may not be disclosed to any other entity but the Controller and the entities entitled to learn it, except as laws provide otherwise, or if the Subject gives its expressed consent.

The beginning of the data processing is the date of the signing of the Declaration of Consent, and its term is the validity of the purpose of the data processing, that is, the carrying out of the competition and the awarding ceremony. At the termination of the purpose of the data processing, or if the Subject thus requests, the personal data shall be deleted.

The Subject is entitled to asking for information regarding the processing of his or her personal data, and he or she is entitled to ask for the correction or deletion of his or her personal data.

Only individuals fitting the conditions determined in the call for entries may take part in the competition. The entrant assumes full responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of the data provided. The Controller does not assume responsibility for the consequences resulting from incorrectly or erroneously provided data.
