The “Connection” series is about the relationship (and sometimes the clash) among human being, original instinct and nature. The instant captured seems to be at odds with a globalized world, where we find huge amount of new technologies. The purpose of these photographs is to transfer ideas, thoughts and communicate the freedom provided by the nature. The message behind the scene is about preserving the environment (in this case, our rivers) and to demonstrate sustainable development, all of it without compromising future generations. If we do not take care of the environment, we will lose the chance to connect with the nature. Positive footprint is the next challenge.
The complexity of the world is reduced to human scale. There is an idealised depiction where the space has a calming and hypnotic effect. Pictures seduce, characterized by weightlessness shapes and suggestive colours.
